1. Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

We offer Free Shipping on all orders over £5,000.
Orders below this amount may incur standard delivery fees, calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom or handcrafted parts may require additional processing time — if so, we’ll notify you via email.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK & EU: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and courier delays.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery, including DHL, UPS, FedEx, and Royal Mail (for domestic UK deliveries).

Customs & Import Duties

2. Return & Exchange Policy

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our premium, made-to-order automotive parts, we do not offer refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes exchanges are necessary.
We gladly offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • The exchange request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

To request an exchange, please email norlundtrading@gmail.com with your:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos showing the defect or wrong item

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and arrange for a replacement to be shipped.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.

  • For approved exchanges, Norlund will cover the cost of sending the replacement item back to you.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After that, production or dispatch may already have started, and cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

4. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window:

  2. Provide your order number and shipping details.

  3. We’ll assist in investigating the issue with the carrier and provide a suitable resolution (replacement or credit).
